- To involve our community and interest groups: governing board, personnel, students, suppliers, competitors, government, and environment.
- In the light of Catholic identity, to create streams of thought and form leaders willing to transform society, who respect the dignity and freedom of the human person, keeping congruence between what they think, say and do and to believe in and live by values such as truth, solidarity, honesty, love, freedom, and justice with a sense of transcendence.
- To create an environment that promotes respect, safety, and health among people, contributing to their comprehensive development, and that helps prevent acts of discrimination, corruption, and bribery.
- To assume the commitment of continuous improvement, and the responsibility for the life quality and productivity of the people part of our community, and ensure the institution's sustainability.
