Opportunities for
International Students
Over the years UPAEP has developed many
agreements with a variety of institutions of higher
education in several countries throughout the world.
We have individual agreements with Universities in
Europe, the U.S, and Latin America. In addition
UPAEP is a member of ISEP, CONAHEC, and the Union
of Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean.
International students, should review the lists below

UPAEP University
Founded in 1973. Has an environment with a
traditional flavor as the University is deeply rooted in
the communities of the state of Puebla. The
University was founded at the request of the people
of Puebla in order to serve the people in the
community. The University noted for its academic is
excellence and the number of accredited programs as
well as for Institutional Development and Strength.
UPAEP has various affiliations with several American
Universities and networks that are part of the U.S.
system. Such affiliations include the University of
Oklahoma, Kansas State University, the University of
North Carolina, the Institute for Strategy on
Competitiveness:ISC at Harvard Business School, the
LAI Educational Network at MIT, and many others.
Plans for study abroad groups to attend classes at
UPAEP are underway with Arcadia University, New
York University, and other institutions in the U.S.
